Health Assessment & Screenings

We confirm to the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) and the Health assessment methodology as mentioned below is conducted by us annually in corporate organizations

  1. Pre Screening:- 
    • Coordinate with HR to fix date and time.
    • Coordinate with HR to release the circular for screening.
    • Coordinate with HR to get the list of participating employees.
    • Make schedules of 50 - 70 clients per day for screening with HR/ Respective Department.
  2. Screening:-
    • Station 1: Registration (2 - 3 min)
    • Station 2: Biometrics (3 - 4 min)
      • Height
      • Weight
      • Waist Measurement
    • Station 3: Vitals (5 - 6 min)
      • Blood Pressure
      • Blood Glucose (FBS/ RBS)
      • Total Cholesterol
      • Pulse
    • Station 4: Occupational (Preliminary) (6 - 7 min)
      • Lungs: Peak Flow Volume Test (PFV), Breath Hold Test
      • Ears: Rinnie's Test
      • Eyes: Visual Acuity (Far/ Near), Colour Vision
    • Station 5: Lifestyle Assessment (6 - 7 min)
    • Station 6: Data Entry, Report Generation (3 - 4 min)
    • Station 7: Counseling by Lifestyle Specialist (5 - 6 min)
  3. Group Profile:-
    • Group Profile is the total health status/ audit/ analysis of the organization and is generated using the Comprehensive data of the employees participated in health & wellness program.
    • Health status is categorized in various category of risk, including Cardiac, HBP, Diabetes, Exercise & Fitness, Stress, Dependency, Presenteeism, Productivity Loss, etc.
    • The presentation is made to the decision makers in the organization for their greater understanding.
