PROFESSOR ADRIAN KENNEDY Professor Adrian Kennedy, Director Arabian Wellness & Lifestyle Management LLC, was also the Founder Managing Director, Lifetime Wellness Rx International Limited, (an Apollo Hospitals Group Initiative) & also the President of the Health & Wellness Association of India. With an academic background in Business, Law & Health with a Phd from USA, he has over 35 years of working experience in the field of Health & Wellness and lectures world wide on these subjects. In addition as Director Apollo Hospitals Educational & Research Foundation he has created Post graduate academic programs in Lifestyle Medicine, Integrated Medicine and Wellness Management and is the Faculty for the Harvard Medical School, USA in these subjects. He holds a Patent and copyright for the Computerized Health Scan for which he received the World Health Award 2000 from the Govt. of Dubai and has implemented this Lifestyle Assessment Software in over 50 Hospitals covering over 100,000 clients annually. In 2008, the Health Scan was used to Audit the Health Status of over 500 corporate organizations in India, resulting in the CII Corporate Wellness Awards.Prof.Kennedy is a member of the Jury for these CII Awards. He has authored the book ‘Fitness a Way of Life’ published by Mc.Graw Hill and has thereafter written an encyclopedia of 8 Books on Lifestyle Medicine. These books are text books for Health & Medical graduates. Several hundred articles written by him have been featured in Newspapers such as The Telegraph, The Times of India, The Economic Times, etc he also writes for various health journals and magazines. He also features in a 6 serial series on Health & Lifestyle Management in National TV, and recently was the expert commentator on NDTV’s health series. In his college years 1965-73, he was the national champion of India in the 100 & 200 meters and was an Asian champion in these events. He is a black belt karate instructor, has climbed in the Himalayas and led the Indian Team that swam the English Channel from England to France in 1986.
