Ways to lose Fat: 

  • Drink 2 glasses of warm lemon honey water without sugar on empty stomach.
  • Medium to fast walking or jogging
  • Do not skip breakfast
  • Do not overeat
  • Avoid sugar, flour, dairy products, pasta, junk food, meat, fatty oil food & bread.
  • No rice
  • Drink hot black coffee, it kills your appetite & stimulates the body.
  • Drink warm water
  • Do not eat when stressed or tense.
