Nutrition

Eat several mini – meals during the day:

  • If you eat fewer calories than you burn, you'll lose weight.
  • People who eat 4-5 meals or snacks per day are better able to control their appetite  & weight  than those who eat large meals. 
  • Divide your daily calories into smaller meals or snacks and enjoy most of them earlier in the day – an early dinner should be the last time you eat.

 

Exercise

 

Yoga asana to reduce FAT:

  •  Yoga is an effective way to reduce your belly, reduce cholesterol, and also to burn belly fat.
  • After jogging or walking for 15 minutes, the following asanas will help reduce extra fat around the belly: Kapalbharti, Pranayama, Surya Namaskar, Bhujangasana, Dhanurasana, Halasana, Pawan Muktasana, Paschimottanasana, Uttanapadasana, and Naukasana. Do these under proper guidance

 

Stress Management

 

Brain Foods (Beets)

  • Beets (and beet juice) contain lots of nitrates, which serve to increase blood flow to the brain.
  • More blood flow means more brain power, including better memory, sharper reasoning skills, improved attention span and better concentration.

 

Avoid Addictions

 

Find alternatives.

  • If drinking has occupied a lot of your time, then fill free time by developing new, healthy activities, hobbies, and relationships, or renewing ones you've missed.
  • If you have counted on alcohol to be more comfortable in social situations, manage your moods,& cope with problems, thereafter seek other, healthy ways to deal with the stressful areas of your life.

Smile like a Celebrity:

  • Brush your teeth twice a day, preferably after each meal.
  • Use dental floss, to clean between the teeth. Eat fresh fruits & vegetables & avoid ice creams & candy.
  • Wine, coffee and aerated drinks are bad for your teeth.
  • Protect your teeth while participating in sports.
  • Avoid using your teeth to open bottle tops.
  • Smoking is bad for your teeth, so is chewing tobacco.
  • See your dentist every year.
