Fat Fighting Foods:
- Yoghurt, high in protein.
- Cinnamon stabilizes sugar & reduces appetite.
- Hot peppers/ Capsicum, speeds up metabolism.

- Grape fruit, high in fiber & promotes satiety.
- Watermelon, high in water. Low in calories.

Exercise
Gym Risks :
- Safety first: Make sure that things are not left around on the floor and avoid areas of water and oil spillage
- Don't overdo it: Do not exercise when injured or sick
- Infection Control: Ensure that the equipment and benches you use are wiped dry, used towels and gear should be kept in bins, showers should be periodically disinfected.

- They can also help relieve symptoms of mild depression. Plus, walnuts contain both protein and fibre, which help boost energy after a workout.
